2. Send

Courier us your batteries. Don’t forget your address label and contact details. See PDF’s below! Parcel2Go service from £3.30 (Don’t use Royal Mail)

3. Refurbish

We replace all the cells with new grade A replacements! Backed by our 12-month warranty!

4. Payment

We contact you and arrange payment (Unless you pre-paid online!) Then we will dispatch your battery pack with the new batteries.

WARNING: Do not send us your batteries via Royal Mail!

Royal Mail class all batteries as hazardous goods, you can not send us your batteries via the standard post. They will check and destroy parcels containing batteries!

Please use couriers, www.parcel2go.com are a great option they will collect and deliver your parcels and have much cheaper prices anyway!
